Thirty days, money back, no interrogation. Here is exactly how it works.

The guarantee
If Think Stick is not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full purchase price once the stick arrives back to us. No forms, no restocking fee.
How to return
- Email thinkstickai@gmail.com with your order number.
- We reply with a return address within 2 business days.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
You cover the return postage, unless the stick arrived damaged or defective — then we cover it.
The one exception
We can't take back a stick that was materially damaged by misuse — crushed, bent, submerged, exposed to liquid or extreme heat, or physically modified. Ordinary plugging-in, testing, and everyday carry are of course fine; that's what the 30 days are for.
Your data
Delete anything personal before returning (Settings for conversation history, Memory, and the My Files folder). Returned sticks are fully wiped and never resold with prior data.
Arrived damaged or stopped working?
If your stick arrives damaged or fails under normal use within the 30-day window, email us — we refund or replace it, whichever suits. Beyond 30 days, Think Stick does not include a voluntary hardware warranty; the built-in Repair tools fix most software issues without a return, and we are happy to help by email either way. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live.
